Congratulations! Your student will be representing Kotara South Public School at a state level in their most recent sporting event.
To assist with the cost of attending the state level sporting event, the Kotara South Public School P&C is committed to providing a $100 subsidy to all students attending State Representative Sports to assist with the out of pocket expenses required to attend.
Students are eligible for 1 payment per each State Represented Sport per calendar year.
In order to receive this subsidy, please provide the following information:
- A copy of the Hunter Representative Levy form (which was provided to you by the school). This is part of the paper trail we need as proof of attendance at the event. A photo or scanned copy will be fine.
- Student Name and the sport they will be participating in
- Parent contact detail: Full name, email address and mobile number. We need these details in order for us to communicate that the subsidy has been paid into your account
- Bank account details: Account name, BSB and Account Number

Please note this process could take 15-30 days. Each application will be tabled at the monthly P&C meeting for final payment approval.
